Basketball Program

Our Basketball Programs began in 2013 with the launch of the Edmund Rice Eagles Street Basketball Program. The programs have since expanded and aim to provide structured basketball sessions, free of charge, along with extension opportunities, including matches and excursions, aiming to provide pathways into local clubs and development opportunities.

They also encourage participants to interact and make friends with children from other cultures in a welcoming environment. The programs target young people from multicultural and Indigenous backgrounds, as well as youth at risk, but are open to all.

THE BASKETBALL PROGRAMS CURRENTLY RUN AT FOUR LOCATIONS:

Marlinspike Park Jindalee

Mondays 4-6pm
